AGENCY23 POLICIES & TERMS
By booking or purchasing a service with Agency23, you acknowledge and agree to the policies and terms outlined on this page. Before any work begins, you will receive an internal client intake form that includes your contract, and both the completed intake form and signed contract are required before your project can begin. By moving forward with your booking or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies, as well as the terms outlined in your individual client contract.
REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24-hour period, all services are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
In the event that Agency23 is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, death, or another circumstance that prevents the project from being completed, Agency23 may issue a refund or determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
By purchasing a service, you agree not to file fraudulent or unauthorized payment disputes for services that have been completed or fulfilled. Agency23 reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect the business against fraudulent claims or disputes.
DESIGN STYLE NOTICE
Before booking, please ensure my design style aligns with your vision. Agency23 specializes in modern, minimalist, luxury, feminine, and clean aesthetics, with a focus on creating polished and elevated brands.
Styles outside of my design scope include AI, glitter or sparkle effects, cartoon elements, portraits, and clip art.
Agency23 primarily works with female-led, service-based businesses looking to create a premium, elevated, and modern brand presence.

REVISIONS
For every service, Agency23 LLC offers its clients up to 3 free revisions at no additional cost. Revision time is not added to the standard turnaround time frame, and requires an additional 2-3 business days, depending on the project. It's important to note that a revision is not a redo of the entire project or concept, but rather minor adjustments such as color changes, font changes, image changes, alignment, wording changes, and similar modifications.
However, if you require additional revisions beyond the initial 3, an invoiced fee of $15 per revision will be sent. To minimize the need for revisions, please ensure that you accurately fill out the client intake form, providing all necessary details for the design. This will help streamline the process and ensure the final result meets your expectations.
CLIENT INTAKE & COMMUNICATIONS
For every service, it is MANDATORY to complete the client intake form. NO work will begin until the client intake form is submitted, along with any necessary attachments, via email. After making a purchase, clients are instructed to fill out the client intake as part of onboarding for the selected service.
Clients are required to complete the client intake form within 10 days of purchasing a service. It is the client’s responsibility to complete the onboarding process, provide all required content, and be ready to begin the project. If information is submitted after 10 days of booking a service, a restart fee of $50 will be sent.
Delayed responses, incomplete information, or lack of communication may result in your project being delayed or moved within the project queue. These delays do not qualify for a refund, expedited service, or priority placement.
Agency23 works with multiple clients at a time, so project timelines are based on the order and availability of each project. Please be mindful that your project is part of an active client queue, and delays on your end may affect when your project can be completed.
TURNAROUND TIME
Your turnaround time begins once your client intake form has been completed and all required content has been received via email.
Turnaround times vary by service and are listed with each service. For Build Your Own Packages, your estimated turnaround time will be provided before the design process begins. Please note: Services such as website development may take 4-5 weeks for completion.
At this time, Agency23 does not offer rush services. We’re building brands, and good work takes time :)
Please note that revision time is not included in the standard turnaround time and may require an additional 2–3 business days, depending on the project. Turnaround times are based on business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
DELIVERABLES
Final designs are delivered in PNG, JPG, and PDF formats. SVG and EPS files are available upon request in a simplified version.
Agency23 Marketing reserves the right to showcase completed designs on its website and social media platforms for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing or booking a service with Agency23, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies, terms, and expectations outlined above and in your client contract. By submitting your booking or purchase, you acknowledge that you are responsible for completing all required onboarding steps, providing requested information, and communicating throughout the project.
